Every beanie at Pixel Witch Designs is handknitted, so please choose carefully, as items are made with care and cannot always be remade or restocked in the same way.

If your item arrives faulty or significantly different from what was described, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery and we will sort out a repair, replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

As these are handmade items, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size chosen, or general preference, so please check size guides and colour details carefully before ordering. If you are ever unsure, feel free to reach out before purchasing and we are happy to help.

To start a return or raise an issue with your order, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the item, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
